The stark shell of one of Cocke County's few remaining antebellum homes stand out against the blue skies. Seclusion Bend, built in 1848-50 by Jehu and Jane Adaline (Burnett) Stokely, burned Monday afternoon, February 28, during a violent thunderstorm.
