“Papaw” Lem L. England, age 83, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2005. He was a decorated veteran and POW of WWII.
He was preceded in death by his parents John Harrison and Cora England, sister Martha Lowe, brothers Stanley, J.R. and Julus England, and grandson Curtis Wilkins.
