LILLIE HAMB McKEE, 87, of Barboursville, W.Va., formerly of Davin, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 2, 2007. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2007, at the Barboursville Baptist Church by the Rev. Craig Coster. Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Highland Memory Gardens, Pecks Mill, W.Va. She was born February 13, 1919, in Sevierville, Tenn., a daughter of the late Phillip and Arlena Ogle Parton. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Orville Hamb; her second husband, Clyde McKee; and one brother, Eugene Parton. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Randy Tye of Barboursville; one son and daughter-in-law, Theodore and Donna Hamb of Glen Daniels, W.Va.; one stepson, Doug McKee of Ona; one sister, Myrle Ball of Gatlinburg, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Gentiva Home Health and the Hospice of Huntington. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
