Katherine Brianna "Breezy" Bilbrey, age 19, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 26, 2010.
Bri was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. She had a strong faith in God and loved the Lord with all her heart.
Bri was a 2009 graduate of Central High School and a freshman at the University of Tennessee. She loved her life and lived it to the fullest and with her beautiful smile and kind heart made many friends. Everyone who met Breezy thought she was one of the happiest and sweetest people they had ever known.
Bri loved music, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed working as a hostess at P. F. Chang's and looked forward to returning to her job as a lifeguard this summer.
Bri was a very special person who will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Warren Denton.
She is survived by her parents Kathy and David Bilbrey; brother Alex Bilbrey; grandmother Louise Denton; grandparents Lansford and Hazel Bilbrey; aunt and uncle Tommy and Terri Denton; uncles Mike and Pat Bilbrey; cousins Johnny and Brandon Denton; special friends Jared Wilkins and Alex Tweel, and other family members.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Eastminster Presbyterian Church from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 30, at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 4904 Asheville Hwy., Knoxville, TN 37914.

KNOXVILLE-The University of Tennessee freshman found dead in her dorm room Monday morning had Cocke County ties.
Katherine Brianna "Breezy" Bilbrey, 19, was reportedly discovered by her roommate midmorning after Bilbrey's alarm went off, and she did not turn it off. The roommate then checked on Bilbrey, found her unresponsive, and then reported the situation to her resident assistant.
The students were living in Morrill Hall.
Bilbrey was the daughter of David and Kathy Bilbrey of Knoxville. Her mother is the former Kathy Denton of Newport and is the daughter of Louise Denton, Newport, and the late Warren Denton.
Other local relatives include Bilbrey's uncle and aunt, Tommy and Terri Denton, and first cousins Johnny and Brandon Denton.
Knoxville and UT police officers termed Bilbrey's death as from "natural causes." Her body was sent to the regional forensic center in Knoxville for further examination.
Bilbrey, a 2009 graduate of Central High School, worked as a hostess at P. J. Chang's and was looking forward to returning to her summer job as a lifeguard.
