UNDERWOOD, CHRISTINE COGDILL - age 64, of Maryville, died Monday, February 22, 1999, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Betty Pinion Cogdill; and a brother, Don Cogdill. Survivors include husband, Thomas W. Underwood of Maryville; sons and daughters-in-law, William Robert "Skip" and Cheryl Underwood of Sarasota, Fla., Mark and Ann Underwood of Caryville, Tenn., Randy and Pam Underwood of Maryville; eight grandchildren; brothers, Robert Cogdill of Florida, John Cogdill of Knoxville; sisters, Helen Northcutt of Knoxville, Blanche Bell of Rising Fawn, Ga.; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday at the TN Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville for a graveside service with Rev. Mike Fox officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home, Maryville.
