Grace Evelyn Loveday Huff, age 77, of Sevierville, entered Heaven Sunday, April 1, 2012. She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church where she was pianist and a Sunday school teacher for many years. She lived a wonderful Christian life and was loved very much by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lyman Huff, parents, Theodore and Mattie Loveday, sister, Kathleen Barnes, brothers-in-law Jack Barnes and Bruce Montgomery.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice Castle and husband Bobby of Sevierville, granddaughter Valerie Boles and husband Andrew and great grandson Brayden of Sevierville, sister, Bettye Jo Montgomery of Gatlinburg, brother, Ted Loveday and wife Phyllis of Pigeon Forge, several nieces and extended family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607-3000.
Special thanks to Dr. Denise Rivers and the peritoneal dialysis staff at DCI Knoxville and to UT Hospice for their compassion and support.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Matthews and Pastor Bill Barnes officiating.
