This is to certify that I, George Berz, Coroner, in and for the County of Cook, State of Illinois, have viewed the body of Bazil Virnier found at Cook Co. Morgue in the 12 ward of said city and county; that I have held an inquest upon said body and that the verdict of the jurors is, that he came to his death in the Cook Co. Hospital from fractured fever and internal injuries accidentally received caused by a roof of a shed falling on him in rear of No. 19 Silder St. August 16th 1897.
