He was loved and will be missed by his family and members of his community. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Wiley; daughter, Melinda Wiley Bayless; son, Ross Wiley and wife Teresa; grandchildren, Brittany Wiley Cave and husband Jacob, Patrick Wiley, Erin and Elise Bayless; great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Savannah Cave. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to either First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge, PO Box 98, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868-0098, or, Sevier County Food Ministry, PO Box 6042, Sevierville, TN 37864. The family will receive friends 4-6 PM Tuesday at Atchley's Smoky Mountain Chapel with funeral service to follow at 6 PM with Dr. Dale Ellenburg and Rev. Wayne Cook officiating.
