Lawson, Mary Louis Flynn, age 80 of Maryville, passed away Sunday morning May 27, 2007 at Asbury Place of Maryville. Long time member of West Millers Cove Missionary Baptist Church , presently member of New Hope Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband Sam Lawson, son, Doug Lawson, daughters, Mary Anna Lawson, Joyce Wilson, daughter in law, Aleta Lawson, parents, Sampson W. and Bonnie M. Cagle Flynn, sisters, Sarah Livingston and Delores Mabes, brother, Sampson Flynn Jr.. Survivors, daughters and sons in law, Donna and James Cantrell of Maryville, Ginger and Doyle Lee Whitehead of Maryville, son and daughter in law, Joe and Viva Lawson of Walland, son, Darrell Lawson of Louisville, eleven grandsons, four granddaughters, sisters and brothers in law, Vonnie and Jack Walker, Velda and Marshall Powell all of Walland, many nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 PM Monday May 28, 2007 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Mike Parker and Rev. Raymond Young officiating. Family and friends will meet at Mattox Cemetery in Sevier County at 11:00 AM Tuesday for the interment service. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Millers Cove Missionary Baptist Church or to New Hope Baptist Church. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. www.millerfuneralhome.org
