FRAZIER , ROY E. - died April 28, 1999, at the Hospice of Central Virginia in Richmond, Va. Mr. Frazier retired as accountant/office manager, Insurance Dept. of Southern Railway, now Norfolk Southern, after 45 years of service. He served in the US Navy during WWII in Africa and Italy. A former resident of Alexandria, Va. He was a member of American Legion Post #1 of Washington, D.C. Mr. Frazier is survived by his wife, Ruth Humphrey Frazier ; his stepson, Stephen Colbert Humphrey and wife, Randee, and their son, Corey Humphrey, all of Richmond; stepson, Scott C. Humphrey and wife, Patricia C. Humphrey and their daughters, Sarah Humphrey Douglas, wife of Dr. Thomas Douglas and Mary Jane Humphrey Pessaud, wife of William H. Pessaud; and two great-grandchildren, all of Alexandria, Va. Mr. Frazier is also survived by two sisters and two brothers of Knoxville, Tenn. and a sister in San Francisco, Calif. Graveside service and interment will be in Knoxville in Roseberry Cemetery at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 1. Service will be conducted by Rev. Duncan Carver. If desired, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Central Virginia, 5540 Falmouth St., Suite 307, Richmond, VA 23230 or Ginter Park Presbyterian Church, 3601 Seminary Ave., Richmond, VA 23227-4524.
