He was a man of God, member of Village Baptist Church, retired from Rockford Mfg, a 3rd degree mason and a farmer and hunter. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Arthur and Ada Blevins Blair; first wife, Ella Mae Willis Blair; son, Troy Wayne Blair and sister, Ruth Heilman. Survivors include his second wife, Mildred Blair; son and daughter in law, Roy and Maryanne Blair; 3 step children; grand daughter and husband, Ashley “Punkin” and Michael Blair Williams; grandson, Jeremy Blair and brother, Roscoe Blair. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Jim Wells officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Laurel Bank Cemetery for the graveside service and interment.
