Steven was born September 29, 1948, in Maryville, TN, and was a lifelong resident of Blount County. He was retired from Alcoa Aluminum Company. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mickey Fuller and sister, Kim Giles. He is survived by his wife, Vina Fuller; stepson and wife, Kenny and Jama Duckett of Old Fort, TN; stepdaughter and husband, Vicky and Glen “Peanut” Bowers of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Bret and Molly Fuller of Blount County; step-grandchildren, Christy Bowers and Andrea “Beth” Duckett Ogle of Blount County and Cody and wife Julia Bowers of Riceville, TN; three great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Destiny Bowers and Dameon Ogle of Blount County; and parents, Arnold and June Fuller of Blount County. Funeral service will be held 6:30 PM Thursday, April 12, 2012, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Mike Seagel officiating. Graveside service and interment will be held 1:00 PM Friday at Big Springs Cemetery.
