Hailey Hensley Middleton of Halls formerly of Harlan Co., KY, passed away July 29, 2010. Mom is in the arms of her loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Mamaw devoted her life to her family. Preceded in death by husband and father of her children Pearl Hensley; husband of 43 years, Arthur Middleton; son, Donald R. Hensley; daughter-in-law, Rita Hensley; son-in-law, Louis Thomas; great grandson, Keegan Hardin. She leaves a host of family to celebrate her life and morn her passing and she will be greatly missed by sons Wayne Hensley and wife Midge, Edward Hensley and wife Janice, Jerry Middleton; daughters Phyllis Thomas, Pat Jeffers and husband Roger, Marsha Albright and husband Murrel; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. We would like to express our thanks to her wonderful caregivers at Heritage Assisted Living and Golden Living Winwood. Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Saturday in the Fountain City Chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Gupton officiating. Interment will follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary, Mike, Scott, Grant, Weston Hensley and Matthew Moore. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12-1:30 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. www.mynattfh.com
