Grace Ogle Wright, age 95 of Sevierville, ended her earthly journey on March 10, 2015.She was born in Big Dudley in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park to H.C. (Coy) and Laurinda Proffitt Ogle on April 29, 1919. Grace was a member of Glades Lebanon Baptist Church where she and her husband Paul were active members, both loved serving the Lord in various ministries, one of their favorites was working in the Church Thrift store. She also had a great love for the mountains, her favorite hike was to Mt LeConte, where she worked in the early 1940's. During WWII, she moved to Oak Ridge and became part of the "Secret City" work force to help with the war effort.
She was preceded in death by her parents, HC & Laurinda Ogle; husband, Paulus Wright; daughter, Stella Grace (Tootsie) Wright; brothers, Lloyd Ogle, Olov Ogle; sisters, Lora O. Clabo, Veatress O. Cantrell, Iva O. Wright, Alice O. Fleming.
Her survivors include:

Son and Daughter-in-law: Paul and Carolyn Wright, Jr
Grandchildren: Jamey and Angel Maples, Jeremy Wright, Andrew Wright
Great Grandchildren: Eli and Nate Maples, Aiden and Isabella Wright, Elah Grace Wright
Sister: Ruth Reece

Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Whitted officiating. Interment 11 AM Friday in the Ogle Family Cemetery.
