LOVELL, STEPHEN RAY - age 43, of Morristown, departed this life Thursday, May 23, 2013. He was owner and pharmacist of Down Home Pharmacy in Bean Station. He was a graduate of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Creighton University. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Morristown. He was an avid golfer and fisherman, and was passionate in his love of music and sharing time with friends. Steve was a loving family man who enjoyed playing with his children and sharing time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Sams Lovell; sons, Braxton Ray, age 10 and Andrew Cole, age 8; daughter, Anna Kate, age 3; parents, Don and Ruth Lovell of Morristown; brother, Ronnie (Amy) Lovell; sister, Janet (David) Holt of Bean Station; in-laws, Dr. J.B. and Frances Sams of Morristown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at First Presbyterian Church of Morristown with Dr. Gary Kelley and Rev. Allen Shupe officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m., prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the Building Fund at First Presbyterian Church of Morristown, the Economy United Methodist Church, or the charity of your choice .
