Sean Brent Woody, age 35, of Newport, went to be with the Lord, April 26, 2012. He was a member of West End Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorotha Shaver Martin, Clinton Shaver and Wallace Woody. He is survived by his daughter, Sierra Shiann Woody of Newport; parents, Tommy and Tammy Shaver Woody of Newport; sister and brother-in-law, Brandon and Jennifer Woody Rathbone of Del Rio; grandparents, Eugene and Betty Martin, and Margaret Woody; niece, Arianna Kaylee Pierce; nephew, Hayden Brandon Rathbone; aunts and uncles, Randy Shaver, Jeff Shaver, Billy and Sandy Masoner, Kathy Shaver and Rhonda Shaver Ware; Ronnie and Zella Woody, James and Sarah Woody, Marie and Steve Barnes, Wallace Woody, Charles and Shirley Woody, David Woody, Elaine and Dee Sherrill, Susie and Wayne Webb; special friends, Amanda Ball, Adam Norwood, Jeff Philpot, Jason Waits, Jason Laws, Josh Moore, Chad Strange and Tommy Lewis; also many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Sunday, April 29, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jimmy Williams officiating. Entombment will be held 1:00 pm Monday, April 30, 2012 in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Sunday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
