BOATMAN , TERRY MCKINLEY - age 32, of Seymour, passed away Monday May 1, 2000 at the home of his grandparents, Earl & Margaret Williamson, after battling a chronic illness since 1993. He was a member of Prospect Baptist Church of Walland. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Delmar & Ethel Vineyard. Survivors include his mother & stepfather, Peggy & Terry Julian of Seymour; father and stepmother, Tom & Betty Boatman of Maryville; brother, Ssgt. Toby Boatman , stationed at Ramstein USAFB, Germany; special grandparents, Earl & Margaret Williamson of Maryville; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service 8 p.m. Thursday May 4, 2000, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. Dallas Gibson and Rev. Wayne Simmons officiating. Special music will be presented by Rodney Simmons of Atlanta. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2000 at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience at the mortuary after 12 noon Thursday. The family will be receiving friends 6- 8 p.m. Thursday, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary, Maryville, 983-1000.
