REESE , LYDIA JAMES DONOHOO - went to be with the Lord March 8, 2000 at St. Mary's Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn. Preceded in death by husband, William Reese and parents, Henry and Otha Donohoo. She was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church and retired from Robert Shaw after 30 years of service. She enjoyed gardening and fishing. Survivors: sons, Larry and Wayne (Lucille) Reese ; daughter, Debra Ann Jordan; grandchildren, Jamilla, Rashan, Vincent, Jerel, and Tamara Reese ; devoted grandson, Juan McKinney; brothers, Bobby (Joella) and Harry Donohoo; niece, RaDonna; nephew, Frankie; several other nieces and nephews; devoted cousin, Calvin ( Alma) Bigby and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 12, from 6-6:30 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church. Funeral service to follow with the Rev. Michael D. Broadnax officiating. Interment Monday, March 13, 12 noon at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Lyons View Pike, Knoxville. Jarnigan & Son in charge.
