He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Lewis Collins , Billy B. Lovell, Gustav Floodquist and John Watt. Besides his parents, he is survived by grandparents Nelson and Mary Jane Collins of Carrollton, Skip Floodquist of Dallas, Ga., Rosa Lee Floodquist of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Georgia Smith of Sevierville, Tenn.; great-grandmothers, Helga Floodquist of Sevierville, Tenn., Blanche Collins of Roopville, Sadie Lovell of Whitesburg, and Rosa Lee Stann of Clearwater, Fla.; four uncles, Brad Collins of Carrollton, Gus Floodquist of Sevierville, Tenn., John Floodquist of Marietta, Ga. and John Wilhelm of San Diego, California; two aunts, Susan Roberts of Sevierville, Tenn., and Tammy Ayers of Gatlinburg, Tenn. A funeral was held at graveside Monday, April 22 at 2 p.m. in Carroll Memory Gardens with Minister Ed Martin, Minister Steve Clark and Minister Dwayne Hicks officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Community Christian Church, 1717 Highway 154, Sharpsburg, Ga. 30272. Martin and Hightower Heritage Chapel, Carrollton, Ga.
