Glennie W. Stinnett, age 79, born March 9, 1924, passed away Monday, September 15, 2003.
She attended Middle Creek Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Algie Williamson; infant son, Stephen Stinnett; brother, Walter C. Williamson; sisters, Goldie Webb, Gona Dunn, and Gladys Webb.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Stinnett; daughters and sons-in-law: Cathy and Joy O'Dell, Marilyn and Darryll Mantooth, of Newport, and Karen and Tony Reagan, of Cosby; son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Patricia Stinnett, of Newport; grandchildren: David and Lisa O'Dell, Donald and Crystal O'Dell, Lawrence (Lance) Mantooth, Jason and Lindsey Stinnett, Brad O'Dell, all of Newport, and Brianna Miranda Reagan, of Cosby; great-grandchildren, Sara Johnson and Julie Edwards; special sister-in-law, Marie Stinnett; special friends, Bunt and Howard Hawk, and special friend, Mickie Keener, of Cosby; sisters and their husbands: Nancy G. (Deannie) and George Dietrich, of Hinkley, Ohio, and Geneva and Sonny Webb, of Cosby; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Prince and Rev. Sonny Webb officiating with burial in Union Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David O'Dell, Donald O'Dell, Lance Mantooth, Jason Stinnett, Tony Reagan, and Brad O'Dell. Honorary pallbearers will be Joy O'Dell and Darryll Mantooth.
Family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home.
