Johnnie Cloyd Crisp, 77, a longtime State Farm Insurance Co. agent, died Sunday at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church, a Mason and an avid golfer.
Survivors include his wife, Elsie Keith Crisp; a son-in-law, Ronnie G. Cooper of Knoxville; a grandson, Ronnie G. Cooper Jr. of Alabama; a sister, Ruby Miller of Knoxville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Albert and Ida Crisp and Clint and Betty Crisp, all of Knoxville; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lawrence and Jane Keith, Curtis and Wanda Keith, Ralph and Gladys Keith, Eugene and Wilma Keith, and Carrol and Bobbie Keith, all of Knoxville, and Edward Allen of Indiana.
Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 10 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at Broadway.
