Harold Kenneth Gentry, age 57, of Newport, passed away, Tuesday August 12, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Alpha Gentry; sister, Carolyn Gentry Potter; brothers, Curtis and Paul Gentry. Harold is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa June and Ernie Gray; daughter, Alicia Marie Gentry; brother, and sister-in-law, Bobby and Mary Gentry; brother, Roger Gentry; sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet and Carroll Kyker, Doris Ann and Donnie Shell; two grandchildren; aunts, Marie Tokar, Agnes Ellison and Itaska Armstrong; also may nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Manes Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, August 15, 2008, in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with David “Sunshine” Williams officiating.
