CORAM, NEAL W. - age 72 of Knoxville, joined his beloved wife "Boots" in heaven on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at the home of his daughter and son-in-law after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. He was retired from Rohm & Haas, a member of the Churchwell Ave. Baptist Church, Bright Hope Lodge #557, Knoxville Scottish Rite Bodies, a lifetime member of Kerbela Temple and a member of the Royal Order of Wefts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Neal Coram and Louise Stanley wife, Margaret "Boots" Coram daughter, Connie Lynn Coram and son, Chuck Coram. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Debi Coram of Orlando Florida daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and Wayne Burkett of Knoxville sister, Janice Massey grandchildren, Tiffany and Craig Israel, Rodney Coram, Rhett Hall, Tara Coram and Madison Burkett great-grandchildren, Abigail and Asher Israel special cousins, Bobbie and Gene Ryan, Peggy and Ron McWilliams and many special friends. A Masonic service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2005 at 7:00 at the Kerbela Shrine Temple with a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life following. Rev. Wayne McMillian will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children c/o Kerbela Shrine Temple, 315 Mimosa Ave., Knoxville Tn 37920. Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Neal Coram.
