She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Joseph T Phillips, Sr and Mary Van Phillips; her husband, Sterling "Shag" Wooliver ; and two brothers and a sister. She is survived by husband, J.W. Miolen; three stepchildren; five Grandchildren; and one Great Grandchild; four sisters, Wanda, Betty, Judy, Cleo; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Saturday, December 22, 2001 at Highland South Funeral Home. There will be a Chapel Service conducted at 2 pm on Sunday December 23, 2001, with Rev.
