Roy E. Clabough age 83 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 5, 2007in Nashville. Roy was born Sept. 28, 1924 to Rev. James Robert Clabough and Ruby Benson Clabough. He was a member of West Hills Baptist Church of Knoxville. He worked for 20 years at Rodgers Cadillac and later retired from Lockheed Martin Y-12 plant. Roy was a member of D.A.V. #24 and the American Legion. He served in World War II with the 35th Infantry Division from Normandy to Germany. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Inez Clabough. and his parents. He is survived his sons Lynn Clabough and wife Pam of Oak Ridge; Ronnie Clabough of Nashville;,grandson Christopher Neil Clabough of Knoxville; sister, Trula Mae Patterson of Knoxville. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 Noon Thursday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel Graveside services will be held at Oak Ridge Memorial Park at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Sam Stan officiating. Full military honors will be conferred by the Volunteer State Veteran Honor Guard.
