CATE, HARRY FINLEY - 79, of Morristown passed away on June 22, 2011 at the Heritage Center. He was the son of the late Tilman Swain Cate and Pearl Jane Parker Haynes. Survivors include his former spouse, Ola V. Cate and their four children Pamela Costa, Audrey Cate, Lisa Franco, and Lester Cate; his oldest daughter, Jennifer Cate-Mishler; eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; siblings Jane Owsley, Betty Jessie, Nancy Church, Ruth Henderson, C.H. and Kenny Wayne; many nieces and nephews and their children. He proudly served his country in the Air Force and the Army Reserves. Harry was loved by all his family and friends, he sold honey for many years from his home on Andrew Johnson Hwy and will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2011 with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Mayes Family Services, West with Rev. Mike Sledge officiating; interment to follow in Cate Cemetery. Arrangements by Mayes Family Services of Morristown, West Chapel.
