MINGIE, ELLA DEAN "DOWLING" - went to be with her Heavenly Father and deceased family on Friday December 21, 2007 at the blessed age of 79. She was a devoted wife and special loving mother and grandmother. She was a long time standing member of the Knoxville #69 Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by husband of 63 years, Kenneth Earl Mingie; son, Kenneth 'Mike' Mingie; and great great grandchild, Peanut. She will always be loved and remain in our hearts forever. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis Sue and Bob Nuchols, Hilda Cheryl and David Brown, son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Darlene Mingie of Seymour; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Ella Mae Dowling; sisters, Berniece McCammant of Washington, and Evelyn Mingie; grandchildren, Tammy Hunley, Beth and Eric Delph, Trent Mingie and family, Kenny Mingie and family, Chris and April; great grandchildren, Ericka and Timothy McGill, Elijah Delph and fianc?e, Teri Jones, Mashayla and Zoey Mingie, Christy Brown; great-great grandchild, Emma Jones; special nieces, Brenda Landsdell, and Debbie Mingie; special friends, Regina Bradley and Covenant Hospice Care Givers: Krista, Lynn, Julie, Pat, Linda, Merle, Chaplain Ernie, Cindy, Tabatha, Candace, and Glenda, Karen Thomas.
