Sheila will be greatly missed by those who knew her, due to her living out her belief that “all that counts is what you do for Jesus Christ and for others.” Her beautiful smile will remain in our hearts forever. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Pigeon Forge. Sheila was preceded in death by her former husband Harold Webber and son Mark Webber. She is survived by her: Husband: Jimmy W.
