" Rock " Kelley , age 64 , passed away , Tuesday morning, August 18, 2015, at his home. Mr. Kelley enjoyed attending auto racing where he was pleased to watch his son Blake participate in dirt racing. He was preceded in death by his parents Hooper and Ruby Kelley ; half-sister Virginia Heath; and brothers Jerald Kelley and Arlis Kelley . Survivors include his wife Janice Bryant Kelley of the home, son Blake (Amy) Kelley of Parrottsville; sisters Star Mantooth and Cathy Kelley , both of Newport; brothers Gale (Phyllis) Kelley of Merced, California, and David "Boone" (Brenda) Kelley of Newport. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, August 21, 2015, in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel. The family and friends will meet at 8:45 a.m. Saturday morning at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home to go in procession to the Jonestown Cemetery for the 10:00 a.m. interment. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements by Costner-Maloy. [S58] Marriage Certificate.
