Joseph Kemper, 75, of OKC, Ok., was born November 28, 1919 in Hartsville, South Carolina. He died on March 15, 1995 in OKC, Ok. after a lengthy illness. His parents are the late Joseph Kemper and Frankie Kelly Brand. In 1939, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1945 after serving in World War II. He settled in OKC and married Mozelle Kathryn Keyes in 1945. He was the owner of his own trucking business and was semi-active during the past several years. He enjoyed his lif e with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Rex Brand. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Mozelle Keyes Brand; his daughter, Paula Wolfe and her husband, Larry of Charlotte, N.C.; another daughter, Kathy Moore and her husband, Tim of Stroud, Ok.; four grandchildren, Justin and Kevin Wolfe, Adam and Jenny Moore; 2 sisters, Mary Hawkins of Rock Hill, S.C. and Olivia Humphries of Hartsville, S.C.; many nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Pauline Shields of OKC, Ok.; and his special pet, Lady. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 1995 at Memorial Park Cemetery located at Memorial Road and Kelley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
