CROWE , MARY ( PRISS ) BRANNER - of Knoxville, departed this life, Saturday, November 13, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospice. Born to the union of Glasco and Gladys Brown Branner. Member of Rogers Memorial Baptist Church, where she served on the usher board. She was a teacher at West View Elementary, where she taught second grade. Preceded in death by: brother, William (Billy) Branner father, Glasco (Jack) Branner mother, Gladys Branner grandmother, Ola Young. Survivors: devoted son and daughter, Pryor Romone (Sharen) Crowe , Detroit, MI and Rosalind Crowe McGill, Knoxville brother, Lloyd (L.B.) Branner, Knoxville grandchildren, Dravian McGill Jr. and Raven Crowe aunts, Ann Nance, Vivian Branner, Knoxville, Dr. Lorene Branner, Atlanta, GA uncles, Pearson Branner, Dr. Paul Brown, Atlanta, GA a host of other relatives and devoted friends. Family will receive friends, 12:15 p.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday at Rogers Memorial Baptist Church. Funeral service 1:00 p.m., Rev. Michel S. E. Caldwell, officiating, Rev. Joel D. Miles, Eulogist. Interment Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Jarnigan & Son Mortuary.
