Died: 10-12-2004 Brandon Clay Neas, 28, of Gainesville, Ga., formerly of Greeneville, Tenn., passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Greeneville.
Brandon was a graduate of Greeneville High School and a member of the G.H.S. band. He also attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Having studied piano with Ruth Thomas for many years; Brandon had a great love of music.
He was best known as a friend on whom you could always depend.
He is survived by his parents: Ronald and Mitzi Kilgore Neas, of Greeneville; a brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Darbi Neas, and special nephew, Corbin Neas, of Parrottsville; loving grandparents, Donald and Betty Kilgore, of Parrottsville, and great-grandmother, Bonnie Webb, of Newport; four special cousins: Kristin Kilgore, of Parrottsville; Jace Michael Kilgore, of Atlanta, Ga.; Jamie Neas Horne, of Oneida; and Jeffery Neas, of Parrottsville.
Several aunts, uncles, and wonderful friends, including: Michael Strong, Stephen Tate, Lauren Tate Weems, Dennis Schumate, Bill Benedict, and Everette Gammons.
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday evening at Rose Hill Funeral Home in Greeneville.
