Trula Walker Ball Cannon, 90, of Sevierville (formerly of Knoxville) died Thursday, February 15, 2007, at Laughlin Health Care, Greeneville, Tennessee
She was the daughter of Victor C. and Elizabeth Walker, and the widow of Claude Matthew Ball and Howard Cannon. Mrs. Cannon retired from the Knoxville Glove Company in Knoxville, TN. She was of the Baptist faith. Gardening was her favorite hobby.
Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her daughter, Agnes Raye Wheeler, and three sisters, Inez Smelcer, Ida Welch, Juanita Walker, and three brothers, Hal Walker, Dal Walker, and Billy Joe Walker.
She is survived by one daughter, Lula Mae Majors, of Mosheim; two sisters, Pearl Lesueur and husband, Jim Lesueur, and Frankie Webb, of Knoxville; ten grandchildren and their spouses, Darlene Majors Moore and Robert Moore, Linda Majors Vazquez and Carlos Vazquez, Kenneth (Kenny) Majors and Lesa Majors, Mary Lou Majors Dingus, Trudy Majors Miller and Jerry Miller, and Phillip Majors and Tracie Majors; Angela Wheeler Tallent and Tom Tallent, Andrew (Andy) Wheeler and Sallie Wheeler, Astra Wheeler Hurst and Kenny Hurst, Aaron Wheeler and Brenda Phillips; sixteen great-grandchildren and spouses, Jaime Bales Weems and Robbie Weems, Joseph Vazquez, Jonathan Vazquez, Matthew and Nicki Majors, Megan Majors Shelton and Ed Shelton, Michael and Robin Dingus, Alan Dingus, Chris Miller, Ashley Miller Franklin and Michael Franklin, Tyler Majors, Adam Boles, and Candace Majors and Andy Wheeler, Adam Payne, Aaron Wheeler and Alex Fischer; twelve great-great grandchildren, Jeremiah Bales, Shevon Weems, Devon Jordan, Robbie Weems, Mercedes Miller, Kennedy Franklin, Dejah Majors, Damon Cremins, Madison Dingus, Abigail Dingus, Haley Dingus, and A.J. Dingus.Special friends Vera and Byron Horrocks.

Funeral service 2 pm Sunday, February 18th, in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Pastor Earl Lane and Rev. Jerry Miller will officiate. Interment will follow in the Fairgarden Cemetery in Sevierville, TN. Pallbearers will be grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be the Staff of Laughlin Health Care.
