WOMACK, FLOYD J. - age 73 of Oak Ridge, passed away Tuesday February 7, 2001 at the Methodist Medical Center. Union Carbide/ Martin Marietta for 35 years. U.S. Army World War II as a member of the Army's 10th Constabulary Squadron "A" Troop. Faith Lodge #756 F&AM, U.S. Zone Constabulary and local IAM 480. Preceded in death by brothers, Joel Womack of Kansas City, MO. & James Womack; sister, Judy Brohl. Survivors: wife of 53 years, Billie Womack; daughter, Tina & David Dotson; granddaughter, Grace Dotson; brothers, Bob Womack of St. Paul, Minn., Tom Womack of Knoxville and James E. Womack; wife, Gladys of Oliver Springs; sisters, Betty Harris of Plattsmouth, NE., and Joan, husband, Jack of Fayetteville, Ga.; sisters in law, Nettie Womack of Kansas City, MO., and Mary Lee Bowers of Knoxville; brother in law, Joe C. Thomas of Seymour. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday with service to follow at 8 p.m. with Faith Lodge #756 F&AM officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at Chilhowee Cemetery, Seymour for the Committal service. Arrangements by Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home.
