Nina Louise Sharp McGaha, of Sevierville, born in Sevier County June 5, 1927, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at the age of 77. She graduated from Sevier County High School in 1945, was employed with Cherokee Textile Mills for 20 years, and then retired from Cooper Industries after 25 years of service at the age of 71. Nina was a devoted member at Fox United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, was active in the United Methodist Women, and held various offices on Church Council.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bradford and Princess Thomas Sharp, brother Harrell Sharp, husband Ray McGaha, and son Brent McGaha.

Funeral service 7 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Mariel Myers and Rev. William Stooksbury officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:30 PM Sunday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
