HUFF, WILLIE A. — age 94, of Sevierville, TN went home to be with the Lord, May 14, 2004 at Ft. Sanders Sevier Nursing Home in Sevierville, TN. Willie was the longest living charter member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
Willie was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Lee Huff; daughter, Shirley Byrd; son Edgar Dewey Huff; parents, Joe R. McGill and Martha M. Clinton McGill; brother, Wesley McGill; sisters, Delta Long, Lillie Baker, George McGill, Estelle Gibson, Sadie Shular; granddaughter, Debbie Huff.
Survivors include her children, Bill Huff and wife Wilma, Kenneth Huff and wife Barbara, Wanda Lee and husband Eugene; grandchildren Gail Sims, Carla Robb, Robert (Bobby) Huff, Eddie Huff, Kim Huff, Genia McDuffee, Kara Breeden; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Beatrice Shular. Many nieces, nephews and a host of friends also survive.
Willie. The Huff family would like to thank the staff at Fort Sanders Sevier Nursing Home for the special care of their loved one. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 16, 2004 at Mountain View Baptist Church with Rev. Edward Adams, Rev. Jack Hitch officiating. Willie will lie-in-state at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow the service at Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Bill Helton offering the prayer. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Saturday May 15, 2004 at Rawlings Funeral Home in Sevierville.
