A 24-year-old Gatlinburg man was killed Saturday when a large truck he was apparently driving flipped off North Mountain Trail Road, just off the Spur between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg in Sevier County.
James Michael Moore, a painter, was trapped inside the truck in the 3 a.m. wreck, according to officials. He was flown to University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he died at 7:20 p.m. Saturday.
