Lonnie F. Derrick, age 75, of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was a beloved husband, devoted father and a friend to many. He attended Bethel Baptist Church. Lonnie was a former employee of Sevier Farmers Co-op and Wayne Blalock Hardware for many years.
He was preceded in death by parents Asa Calvin and Della Derrick and brothers, Fred and Parmer Derrick.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Wanda (Loveday) Derrick; son, Craig Derrick; daughters and sons-in-law, Stacia (Eddie) Lewis, and Jamie (Tony) Stinnett; four grandchildren, Harrison and Grayson Lewis, Ethan and Leah Stinnett; sisters, Gladys Woods, Faye Derrick; brothers, Claude and Tom Derrick.

The family will receive friends from 3-6:45 PM Monday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Kirby and Rev. Anniversary: Derrick
Wanda and Lonnie Derrick of Sevierville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a gathering from 3-5 p.m. Jan. 8, 2012, at Bethel Baptist Church Family Life Center. Friends and relatives are invited. The couple requests no gifts.
Wanda M. Loveday and Lonnie Derrick were married on Dec. 23, 1961, by Rev. Earl Lane.
She is the daughter of the late Marie and Arthur Loveday and retired from Electro-Voice. He is the son of the late Della and Calvin Derrick and is a retired hardware salesman.
They have three children: Craig Derrick, Stacia (Eddie) Lewis and Jamie (Tony) Stinnett, all of Sevierville. They have four grandchildren: Harrison and Grayson Lewis and Ethan and Leah Stinnett.
