Clancy “C.T.” Watson, age 79 of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord at his heavenly home on Thursday, May 8, 2008. He was a member of Zion Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Watson was retired from the U.S. Navy and was a long time employee of the Gatlinburg Fire Department. He was also the owner/operator of C & O Cab for many years.
Preceded in death by his parents, John M. & Rosetta Watson; brothers, Burl Watson, Carl Watson, and Russell Watson; sisters, Dell Seaton, Vella Roberts, Iva Key, Jett Naugher, and Eva Oakley.

Son: Tony L. Watson & wife Candace
Daughter: Alecia F. Douglas & husband Dale
Grandchildren: Stacee & Jared Watson; Cody & Casey Douglas

Funeral service 2 PM Sunday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. D.A. Cole and Rev. Melvin Carr officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Grove Cemetery with military honors. Pallbearers will be the members of Pigeon Forge Fire Department. The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
