Katy is the granddaughter of Tommy and Kathryn Miller, and David and the late Cathy Thomas. She is a member of Middle Creek United Methodist Church. Tony is the grandson of Willie and the late Doris Chaney, and the late Ray and the late Cordelia Proffitt. He is employed by the Sevier County Highway Department. The wedding will take place on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, in Parrottsville, Tenn. Invitations are being sent.
