Mr. Nelson was retired from Cherokee Textile Mills and was a Sevier County School bus driver for 16 years. Survivors: Wife: Sallie Mae Finger Nelson Daughter and son-in-law: Tia and Jordan Wells Sons and daughter-in-law: Harold and Deanie Nelson Ricky Ray Nelson 7 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild Host of nieces and nephews and many special loved ones. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service 2 PM Wednesday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev. Sonny Webb and Rev. Oliver Ray Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
