Preceded in death by: Daughter, Evelyn Faye Raines; Parents, Gilbert and Martha Raines; Brothers, Jim, Jesse, Allen, Ike and Arthur; Sisters, Rebecca Clark, Maude Moore, Sally Warrick, Nancy Raines, Anna Hancox, Nora Ansley. Survivors include: Wife of 68 years, Ruth Henry Raines; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Fern & Wiley Flynn, Barbara Arwood, Donna & Roy Reagan; Nine Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren; 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a whole host of friends. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Monday, July 3, 2006 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Jeff Hickman, Rev. Jessie Alston, and Rev. Clarence Evans officiating.
