DOUGLAS, FRANK RAYDER - age 90 of Kingston passed away Saturday April 9, 2011 at Jamestowne Assisted Living. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kingston. A WWII veteran serving in the U. S. Navy, a member of Union Lodge #38 F. & AM, he retired from TVA. He was the last of 9 children of Samuel Douglas and Mae Rayder Douglas. Survivors include: wife of 63 years Juanita Brickey Douglas of Kingston; son and daughter in law Mike and Marie Douglas of Sarver, PA; daughter and son in law Beth and Bill Moore of Lenoir City; grandsons Doug Moore and wife Carrie of Panama City; Alan Moore of Lenoir City; Tom and John Douglas both of Sarver; great grandson Weston Moore of Panama City; sisters in law Margaret and Wilma Douglas both of Maryville; Lou Ella Brickey of Harriman and a host of friends, nieces and nephews. Funeral 8 p.m. Tuesday April 12, 2011 in the Kyker Chapel with Dr. Sonny Works officiating followed by a Masonic Memorial service conducted by Union Lodge #38. Burial 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kingston Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or to Avalon Hospice.
