Geneva Williamson Webb, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, age 84 of Cosby, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Caney Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Albert V. “Sonny” Webb; son and daughter-in-law Michael V. and Kimberly Ogle Webb; parents, David L. and Algie Norris Williamson; brother, Walter Williamson, and sisters, Glennie Stinnett, Gladys Webb, Gona Dunn, Deannie Detrick, and Goldie Webb; and various aunts, uncles, cousin, friends, and church family. She is survived by her son, Stephen A. (Dorothy) Webb; daughters, Shirley D. (Rev. Jerry) Raines, Sharon K. (Kevin) Williamson of Cosby, and Donna Y. (Danny) Shope; grandchildren, Joseph Raines, Julie (Brian) Hill, Christa (Matthew) Shipman, Theadore (Sheri) Webb, Andrew Ogle, Erin (Chris) Gunter, Michael Samuel Webb, Rebecca (Jon) Painter, and Elliott Shope; great-grandchildren, Jericha, Rachel, Taylor, Isabella, Makayla, Izack, Hailey, Brylee, Caleb, Andrew, Abigail, Hunter, Levi, Tatum, and Brodi; great-great grandchildren, Takayln, Hadlyi, Henslyi, Giovanna, and Draedyn; and various nieces, nephews, church family, and friends. Funeral Services will be at 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 29, 2017 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Williamson and Rev. Ray Williams officiating. Burial will be at 12:00 noon, Friday, June 30, 2017 in the Hartsell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
