Mr. Allen was a long-time member of the Middle Creek Methodist Church. He had retired from Alcoa and was a member of The 25-Year Club there. He was preceded in death by his half brothers, Kenneth and Carl Allen. Mr. Allen is survived by his wife of 68 years, Paulene Stott Allen; son and daughter-in-law, Bill C. & Helen Allen of Sevierville; grandsons, Bill, Terry, Scott & David Allen;7 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; half brother, Dwight Allen; half sisters, Sue Allen & Evelyn Ondo; sisters-in-law, Margie & Marilyn Allen, Selma & Blanch Stott; brothers-in-law & sister-in-law, Joe & Lariane Stott, Carl & Norma Graves and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 29 at Rawlings Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lee A Hokaj and Rev. Barbara Lay officiating. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 30 at Middle Creek Cemetery. The familywill receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, August 29 at Rawlings Funeral Home.
