She was a member of Kodak United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by parents, E.E. and Velma Huffaker; husband, Effis Welch; daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Fred Hickman; grandson, Ronnie Hickman; brother and sister-in-law, Mack and Tina Huffaker. Survived by granddaughter, Linda Barker and husband Billy; nephew, David Huffaker and wife, Judy; great nephew, Brad Huffaker; step-children, Lawrence Welch and wife Loriana, John Welch and wife Georgia, Ruth Lauderdale and husband Don; grandchildren, David, Bill and Tim Butler and Angie Wilson; Johnny Welch and Kristie Alley; close friends, Leanore and Roberta. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8 pm in the Halls Chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Wednesday at Halls Memorial Gardens for an interment service at 11 am. Pallbearers will be Brad Huffaker, Jeff, Johnny, Clyde and Mike Welch and Mike Moore. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. www.mynattfh.com
