Fred James Dockery- age 84 of Lenoir City, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Parkwest Medical Center. Fred was a member of Faithway Baptist Church. His parents, Odus and Edna Dockery and brother, Clyde Dockery, preceded him in death. Fred is survived by his wife, Betty Dockery; daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Jerry Lambdin of Knoxville; stepchildren, Pat Sulfridge, Carol Price and Mike Branaum all of Lenoir City, Tom Branaum of Paducah, KY, Teresa Berry of Nashville and Judy Smiley of White Pine; sister, Gladys Dulworth of Manila, IN; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday followed by funeral services at 8 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Chadwick and Rev. Bo Selvage officiating. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Monday at Cummings Chapel Cemetery in Sevier County for graveside services with full military honors. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is serving the Dockery family.
