Beatrice Lee Shoemaker Beal, 62, of Kodak died Wednesday, October 28, 2002, following a brief illness.She was a member of the Pratts Chapel Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, James F. and Martha Whaley Shoemaker; and grandson, Michael Bradley Beal.Survivors include her husband, Bobby Beal of Kodak; daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Lee Breeden of Kodak, Tracy and Ray Workman of Dandridge; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey and Karen Beal, Robert Beal, Freddie and Lisa Beal and Carroll and Kim Beal; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Edna Bass, Pauline Gray and Gwen Hollifield; and brother, Edward Shoemaker.Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Thursday at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Jefferson City with the Rev. Jim Dockins and the Rev. Jack Oglesby officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home to proceed to Pollard Cemetery in Sevier County for an 11 a.m. graveside interment service.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.www.farrarfuneralhome.com.
