Veryl R. (Atchley) Sims, age 79, of Sandusky, Ohio, was called home to Heaven Wednesday, February 18, 2004.
She was born November 14, 1924 in Sevierville, TN. She retired from New Departure Hyatt in 1983 after more than 30 years of service. She was a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary and enjoyed gardening, yard work and the Cleveland sports teams. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Ellen (Connatser) Atchley.

Daughters: Diana Sims and significant other Bob King of Sandusky, OH; Linda Eck and husband Kevin of Reynoldsburg, OH
Sons: David Sims and wife Mary; Roy Sims and wife Ginger, all of Sandusky, OH
