ROGERS/LANGFORD - Wish to correspond with anyone descended from Henry ROGERS and his wife, Elizabeth LANGFORD (LANKFORD). I understand they died in Sevier County, TN. I am descended from his son, George ROGERS, who married Elizabeth RANDALL, at Fort Sevier 1791. They eventually moved to Wayne County, KY, where they are buried on their old farm. HOUSER/STARKEY/MEADOWS - Seek info from HOUSER, STARKEY, and MEADOWS cousins in Sevier County. I'm a descendant of William Starkey and Mary Catherine Houser and Daniel Meadows and Margarette Starkey....John Brown Starkey was my great grandfather. My grandmother, Birdie Ethel Starkey was born in Pigeon Forge, her family moved to Missouri and then to Arkansas while she was a child (early 1900's). Have info on the Houser's and Starkey's to 1600's. Daniel Meadows was captured at the siege in Vicksburg...another G. G. Grandfather was also at Vicksburg; he was from Illinois. RANDOLPH - Looking for anyone with information on Henry RANDOLPH of Albemarle County, VA. According to my information Henry's wife was Mary and their children were Thomas, John, Dorothy, James, Elizabeth, Mildred (Mi11y), and Susanna. He was born circa 1720 and died 1778 in Albemarle County. Was he descended from Henry Randolph (1623-1673) or Colonel William Randolph (1650-1711)? Will appreciate any response. Thanks. Gina K.
